Lynn Lynch

altAs long as she can remember, Lynn has always been involved in activities that require physical fitness.  After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, she opened a dance fitness studio which she owned and operated for 20 years.  With 11 instructors and 26 classes per week, Lynn was able to serve her community and has inspired many lives and continues to do so. Lynn states:  “There is no better feeling in the world than to know you have made a difference in someone’s day.”  During that time she taught various types of workouts including: dance aerobics, circuit training, body sculpting, step aerobics, team dance and junior classes.

For the past 2 ½ years Lynn has been training and competing at Poise, Style & Motion in many styles of ballroom and rhythm dances. “I have developed an insatiable appetite for ballroom dance; the more I learn, the more I want to know. I love the fact that dancing challenges your mind as well as your body”, says Lynn.

Her dance experience has afforded her many opportunities. She was honored to warm up the American Cancer Society runners at the Hat Shell in Boston and has initiated many fundraising functions.  Donating her time to many causes, she continues to provide her guidance and support.
Lynn currently co-owns and operates Dream Dinners (a home meal assembly kitchen) with Serena Massey, her best friend of 25 years.  She continues to work in the service sector where she believes she continues make a difference in people’s lives.  Dream Dinners prides itself on making life easier – one family at a time.

Lynn’s hobbies include:  reading, travelling, sports of all kinds, cooking and enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.
